Lauren Mcmeekin, DHP & Myofunctional Therapist

I am originally from a small town in Western Ontario, I moved to British Columbia in 2019 and have been enjoying exploring the beauty the province has to offer. I am Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Durham College in 2016. I am also a Myofunctional Therapist which can help individuals improve symptoms like head/neck pain, sleep apnea/sleep disordered breathing, teeth grinding/clenching, posture, alignment of the teeth and many others by correcting the posture of the tongue/lips and nasal breathing with the use of simple exercises tailored to your needs.
