Every great dental visit starts with a warm welcome, and Livia helps create that feeling from the moment you arrive.
Originally from China, Livia studied Human Resource Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She brings that people-first perspective to the front desk, where she enjoys getting to know patients and their families and helping each visit feel organized and comfortable.
When she is away from the clinic, Livia enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
